| A. | We can't give fixed prices, since all our items are custom made. Size, shape and quantity are all deciding factors in the total price. For printing, we need to know the number of colours, and if they are internal or external. It is best to fax a sketch of the item, showing all the relevant factors. |

| A. | For small quantities, approximately a) 2 weeks, typically from receipt of inserts for promotional items b) 2-7 days for rough casts |
| Q. | What artwork is required? |
| A. | Camera-ready positive films reading emulsion up for screen printing, emulsion down for litho printed cards, or on computer disk in Freehand or Illustrator file format. |
| Q. | Do you cast thin sheets of Acrylic (e.g. plexiglass, perspex)? in 3 x 2 metres? |
| A. | No. We can supply small pieces of coloured, rough cast or machined material up to 10mm thick, 5", 6" or 7" by 18" long. |
| Q. | Do you cast thin wall tube in 2 metre lengths? |
| A. | No. |
| Q. | Will you do vacuum forming, blow moulding, extrusion moulding, line bending, or sheet fabrication? |
| A. | Not generally, only if used within our own processes. |
| Q. | Do you manufacturer other types of plastic (e.g. polycarbonate, or PTFE)? |

| Q. | Can presentation boxes be supplied? |
| A. | Yes. |
| Q. | Can acrylic be engraved? |
| A. | Yes, but it generally requires annealing first. |
| Q. | Can all your material be normalised? |
| A. | It will need to be specified on ordering so that the material can be formulated for this purpose. |
| Q. | Can you supply conformity notes? |
| A. | Yes, on request. |
| Q. | Does the surface of Acrylic scratch easily? |
| A. | It has good surface hardness and surface abrasion resistance compared to other thermoplastics. It can be repolished. Serious damage can often be machined out. |
